Poor kiddos!

Jenna had to have tubes put in her ears yesterday morning and Nanny and Nelie had to come save the day. haha

She is doing great. She started feeling good when she woke up and her and Nelie got suckers!

Yesterday afternoon after being at the hospital all morning Nelie had her big day...more allergy test on food. Poor thing I hate to see her get those shots. She just cried and cried. She can no longer have peanuts at all. She is highly allergic. She is also allergic to milk, soy, wheat,eggs, and tomatos which she LOVES. The child is going to be just like her mommy and I hate it.

Sunday we went to the American Legion with my grandparents for the kids to get a gift from Santa! Jenna didnt care if she got a present or not.

This is before the kids Christmas program at church. I found this dress and it had a matching doll dress that was so cute.Levi was an angel but my pictures from the program didnt turn out good.

Sickness

We are alive and better. Last week we all had the stomach bug!!! I went back to the doctor on Thursday to see Dr.Betcher ,whom I am now using by the way, for my checkup. He said that I have Adenomyosis and the only cure for it is to have the hysterectomy. I was so sick from the bug that day he told me that he couldnt and wouldnt do my surgery for at least a couple weeks to give my body time to get better. I go back on the 23rd so we can schedule it. I guess since its the start of a new year and we have to meet our 2500.00 deductible it will have to be about March before I can do it but Levi will be out 1 week for spring break so at least I want have to worry with his homework and all. Surgery Update!

Well what I didnt want to hear...a hysterectomy! My uterus is very pale and its not getting any blood flow to it. He also removed some polyps and sent them off. After surgery was awful Im not going to lie. First of all I woke up in recovery and thought I died. An old man was laying to my right with his arm hanging off the bed and an old lady was to my left just as still as can be and Im the only one yelling in pain!!! Finally a nurse said I will take you to your room when I get your pain under control. She give me a shot and I woke up in my room in pain once again. The nurse in there was awful. Ken passed out on the floor when he saw that I was still bleeding everywhere...so ya I wouldnt wish that deal on ANYONE! The doctor sends me home on tylenol 3 and of course in the middle of the night Im in severe pain, call ER and they tell me to take 2 more tylenol 3 and call my doc. in morning. He did call me in something else the next day thank god! Anyways I go back on the 8th to find out about all the other. Please continue to keep me in your prayers!!! I dont want to deal with the whole menopause stuff Im not 50 but I guess Ill make it. Some people Ive talked to say its not what everyone makes it out to be and its not bad.

Whats the deal?

Ok today I had to go pre-admit for surgery Monday. My appointment was at 10 after waiting about 30min. the nurse calls me to the window and says"Dr.Lacie had an emergency during surgery and had to have Dr.Woods help, come back about 1:30". You are kidding is what I was thinking. This same thing and same times happened last week in Amory, Columbus this week. I go back at 1 and see him about (2:30huh) only to learn my surgery will be Tuesday not Monday because he has a set of twins to deliver! Then I go down for all my work up stuff and leave. I get in the car and realize no one told me what time to be there so I call back. So she says just be here about 10 and your surgery will be at 12.Needless to say I was a little upset because I wish it was over like yesterday and we knew what was going on. Ok lord if this is all about patience Im hearing ya!!!Please keep me in your prayers !

I normally don't put my Christmas out until the day after Thanksgiving but with my surgery and all that week I put the inside stuff up Saturday.

And while me and Nelie were home decorating Ken and Levi were hunting and guess what Levi got...HIS FIRST BUCK AN 8 POINT!!!!! He was sooooo super excited!

Prayer needed!!!

Well as most of you who have followed my blog from the beginning know what happened to me in Jan. after having severe pain for weeks finally hospitalized and undergoing exploratory surgery to then removing my Appendix(which was about to rupture),Gallbladder(very diseased), and three Cyst(1 being 8cm) all in one wack ,I have been having alot of trouble again! I had an appointment yesterday in Amory after having a bad spell Sat. and almost passing out. My sister came to watch Nelie and her little Jenna for me. Little did we know it would be an all day affair. We got to Amory after 9 they went ahead and did an Ultrasound. Then the lady says Dr.Wood as had an emergency surgery so he can't see you today. So of course then my mom acted crazy and the lady says oh your Kelly Mason-he will see you at 1! Finally after 2 we went back. He is very concerned that I may have Endometriosis. I will still be having a D&C on the 24th but he has also added Laparoscopic surgery to check for the Endometriosis! Please keep me in your prayers. Yes I am very grateful to have had my two beautiful children and do not desire anymore but its just the thought of a hysterectomy at my age that kills me.

Slacking!

A lot has been going on. Me and Levi just got over Bronchitis. I wasnt 100% better last week but I worked our fall fest anyways. I have also been having alot of female trouble and I passed something awful looking so Doctor Wood has now scheduled me for a D&C Nov.24th to see maybe whats going on. Please keep me in your prayers!!! I am so worried because as most of you who keep up with my blog know the DRAMA from January and my surgery then.Anyways Friday I had a bad earache so Sat. here I am back at the clinic for more antibiotic. I am trying to get well for my surgery. Anyways here are some pictures of whats been going on in our world!

Levi lost another tooth!

A few weeks ago my best friend from high school April and her daughter Taylor came into town to visit her grandparents. Me and Nelie were so excited to meet Ms.Taylor for the first time. She is so sweet and looks like her mommy!!!



Levi did a story board for school. The book was about dogs so he cut out dog bones to write on. I thought it turned out cute!

Our church had a fall fest Thursday night! Tinkerbell Nelie and old hunter Levi had a blast! I think they loved the Jumpers most. Me and Ken both worked different shifts so one could have the kids so I dont have any pictures. I dont think we will work next year so we can both enjoy it. I didnt even get to do the hayride because Nelie is allergic to the hay and from what I hear the message and sets were GREAT! I dont want to miss it next year!

Jenna loves to play with Nelies kitchen set. Friday she had a baby spoon and a little cup she was mixing something in and the she acted like she was eating it. I guess shes been watching Nelie too much!haha

She may be small but you know dynamite comes in small packages!ha I asked her for a bite and she was fussing with me!

I bought these Krispy Kreme donuts for the boys to have for breakfast. Looks like they're wide awake at 6:30 when they didn't go to bed til 1:30AM! Im to old for this now days. Lord knows I need my sleep.
